The Oakmont model – 2 story is one of our most popular Owens Built Properties plans.
It is approximately 2,400 square feet on the main and upstairs level.  It includes an additional 1,200 square foot unfinished basement. It is 4 bedroom, 3 ½ bath, 3 car garage.
