The Brentwood Atrium Tri Level was built with entertaining in mind.  It is one of Owens Built Properties most popular and affordable Brentwood plans. Built by Jim Owens, a successful Kansas City custom homebuilder.  The Atrium tri level is a 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath, 3 car garage floor plan.  It has approximately 2000 square feet.  We also feature a 4th bedroom, ¾ bath option that will add an additional 400 square feet.

You will spend time with our personal decorator to guide you through the process of choosing everything needed for your new home.  This includes: Interior paint color, exterior paint color, custom granite for the kitchen and bathrooms, the stain color or paint color for the custom built Alder cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms, model stone for the fireplace and also for the accent stone on the exterior of the house.  You will be able to put your creativity into choosing the ceramic tile for the backsplash in the kitchen, bathroom, and entryway into the home and out to the back patio.  You will be guided through the process of choosing the plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances.  What color and style of hardwoods do you like? You can pick what is featured in our Brentwood models or go with another option.  You can choose it all.  Also included in your new home are standard options that give you added value to your home at no additional cost.
